Crossover Concept: Kaiju Hunter Cosmos

After the reunion of the Terran Kaiju, Cosmos is displeased with the ponies’ efforts to integrate the kaiju into Equestrian society while attempts to return them home are delayed by the appearance of other kaiju. He is further agitated upon hearing that some of the kaiju may want to stay in the World; demanding that all of the kaiju are returned to their Home World, even if he has to “drag their carcasses back to their World himself.” To that end, Cosmos creates a new form for himself that would be more effective against kaiju than his pegasus form, in exchange for some of his Celestial Being abilities that have become apparent. It is in this form that Cosmos decides to hunt down kaiju, both transformed & rogue, as well as any beings that have kaiju-based power, and will take down any who stand in his way.

-Kaiju-Based Form (Physical Basis: Lesser Bogal)
Taking cues from the recent kaiju, Cosmos creates a small kaiju-like form to hunt in Equestria-based realities. This version of Kaiju Hunter Cosmos relies on animal-like instincts to hunt down its prey.

Powers/Abilities
Foreign Energy Detection-Cosmos has the ability to sense the presence of energy related to the kaiju; either in transformed kaiju, actual kaiju, or other beings that are “infected” with energy from a kaiju, though it may accidentally confuse a change in physical appearance (make-up/hairstyles) to emulate a kaiju for an “infection.”
Extraordinary Jumper-In this form, Cosmos can leap great distances to chase his prey.
Shed Escape-Cosmos is capable of making a quick escape by shedding his outer layer of skin and letting the husk take an attack.
Consumption Regeneration-Having given up his “non-living” status as an offshoot, Cosmos now needs to eat organic matter for energy; such as animals and even his own limbs if they’re severed. By consuming organic matter, Cosmos is able to heal his injuries or regenerate lost body parts. The “hood” on Cosmos’s back is actually a secondary set of jaws; allowing Cosmos to feed if his primary mouth is compromised. For some reason, Cosmos avoids consuming sentient life.
Dimensional Travel-While not to the extent of his Celestial Being progenitor, this offshoot Cosmos is able create portals that allow him to enter the neighboring realities of the Hybrid World. However this exhausts Cosmos, so immediately after traveling, he has to rest and feed.

-Human-Based Form (Physical Basis: Bosquito)
Like any being that enters a human-based reality, Kaiju Hunter Cosmos also takes on a human-like form to blend in easier. In this form, Cosmos exchanges animal instincts for effective combat intellect to subdue his target.

Close Range Combat Skills-To make up for his lacking animal-like traits, Cosmos gains combat knowledge to match an experienced fighter.
Minor Telekinesis-Cosmos can manipulate objects from a distance as if he were using his hands.
Life Energy Absorption-Because this form only looks human-like, Cosmos lacks an actual mouth (though he’s still capable of vocalizing) and instead feeds by absorbing the life energy of living organisms by bringing them close enough to the orb on his chest; plant life will wither, while animal life will disappear leaving only inorganic objects behind (like the collars on pets). For some reason, Cosmos avoids absorbing the life energy of sentient beings.
Alternate Energy Assimilation- If life energy is not readily accessible, Cosmos can absorb magical energy and assimilate its effects to use himself.
